About the Practice

Navigating sexuality and identity can feel complex, vulnerable, and deeply personal. Our role is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore these parts of yourself at your own pace.
We work with individuals exploring LGBTQ+ identities, including sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression, and we affirm a wide range of relationship structures, including polyamory and kink/BDSM.
Together, we can also address concerns like self-esteem and body image, and build skills for creating relationships that feel safe, connected, and consensual through communication, boundaries, and navigating conflict.

Relationships can be meaningful. They can also be really hard. Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, understand each other more clearly, and work through stuck patterns.
We support partners in building communication, navigating conflict, and deepening emotional and physical intimacy. Our approach is affirming of diverse relationship structures, including non-monogamy, and tailored to your unique dynamic.

I offer short-term consultation to support families in navigating donor conception with intention. Whether you’re deciding if it’s the right path for your family, preparing for conversations with your child, or seeking to better understand the needs and experiences of donor-conceived people, I provide guidance that centers long-term well-being, identity development, and transparency.
