Meet the Team
Katherine Boldt, LPCC
Owner, ClinicianHi! I’m Kat Boldt (she/her), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) based in Ohio. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University in 2024. I’m a sex-positive, person-centered therapist who provides a warm, affirming space for people navigating identity, intimacy, relationships, and self-understanding. My counseling style is all about collaboration and empathy. I integrate approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy into my practice.
As a donor-conceived person myself, I also hold deep care for supporting DCP, recipient parents, partners, and family systems through the unique emotional and relational layers of donor conception.
My work is especially supportive for individuals and relational constellations exploring:
✨ Sex and sexuality
✨ LGBTQ+ identity and queer relationships
✨ Kink/BDSM-informed care
✨ Polyamory and consensual nonmonogamy
✨ Shame-free sexual health conversations
✨ Desire, connection, and communication
✨ Donor-conceived people (DCP) and their families
Abigail Lindenmeier, LPCC
Clinician, FacilitatorHi! I’m Abigail (she/her), and I'm glad you're here. As a queer therapist, I understand how important it is to have a space where you feel seen, accepted, and able to show up as your full self. I am passionate about creating a collaborative space where we can explore your identities, values, relationships, and experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. I strive to create a space that is sex-positive, kink-positive, and welcoming to all parts of who you are.
I have a passion for supporting clients navigating relationships, identity exploration, religious trauma, neurodivergence, executive functioning challenges, kink exploration, and life transitions. I use a person-centered, feminist, and trauma-informed lens in my practice.
I also have a focus in women’s mental health. I approach this work through a feminist lens, which examines how societal biases, oppression, and gender roles affect mental health. I have experience in writing letters of support for gender affirming care and offer one time appointments for letters needed for hormone therapy and gender-affirming surgery.
