Group Topics

Week 1: What Did You Actually Learn About Sex?

Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026

We’ll look at all the weird, unspoken, and sometimes wildly inaccurate messages we picked up about sex growing up. Together, we’ll unpack what we learned, what we missed, and start to build up a new, healthy vision of sex and sexuality!

Week 2: Anatomy 201 (Bodies, Anatomy, and Pleasure)

Wednesday, September 16th, 2026

We’re taking a closer look at bodies, pleasure, and how everything actually works. We’ll clear up common myths, explore the many ways bodies can experience pleasure, and probably learn a few things we were somehow never taught.

Week 3: Deconstructing Shame, Morality, & Religion

Wednesday, September 30th, 2026

We’ll unpack how religion, morality, and early messages may have shaped the way we think and feel about sex, sometimes without us even realizing it.

Week 4: All About Self-Pleasure

Wednesday, October 14th, 2026

We’ll talk all things self-pleasure: getting comfortable with your body, figuring out what feels good, and exploring beyond the same old routine. Expect honest conversation, practical ideas, and absolutely no shame about getting to know yourself a little better.

Week 5: Turned On: Understanding Desire and Arousal

Wednesday, October 28th, 2026

We’ll break down how desire and arousal actually work, and why they don’t always show up when, how, or where we expect them to. We’ll explore what turns us on, what gets in the way, and why there’s no single “normal” way to experience desire.

Guest Speaker: Kaleigh Samf

Week 6: Feeling Yourself (Body Image, Confidence, and Sexual Worth)

Wednesday, November 11th, 2026

We’ll explore how body image, confidence, and self-worth can shape the way we experience sex and intimacy. We’ll challenge the pressure to look or feel a certain way and focus on building a more comfortable, connected relationship with ourselves.

Week 7: Queer Sex 101

Wednesday, December 9th, 2026

We’ll explore queer sex beyond the narrow scripts most of us were taught—including pleasure, communication, bodies, and all the different ways sex can look. Whether you’re queer, questioning, or simply curious, expect an open and shame-free conversation with no assumptions and no single definition of “real sex.”

Week 8: The Gender Spectrum

Wednesday, January 6th, 2027

We’ll explore gender beyond the usual boxes, including identity, expression, pronouns, and the many different ways people experience gender. Whether you feel at home in your gender, are still figuring it out, or just want to understand it better, there’s plenty of room to get curious.

Week 9: Kink 101: Curiosity, Consent, and Boundaries

Wednesday, January 20th, 2027

We’ll explore what kink is, why people enjoy it, and how curiosity can be approached safely and without judgment. We’ll cover consent, communication, and boundaries, because the best kind of exploration starts with everyone feeling informed and respected!

Week 10: Behind the Screen: Sex, Porn, and Real-Life Expectations

Wednesday, February 3rd, 2027

We’ll take a closer look at what porn and media teach us about bodies, pleasure, and what sex is “supposed” to look like. Together, we’ll separate entertainment from real-life expectations and explore how to enjoy media without letting it write the script for our sex lives.

Week 11: Safer Sex Without the Scare Tactics

Wednesday, February 17th, 2027

We’ll talk about sexual health, protection, testing, and communication without the fear, shame, or awkward scare tactics. Expect practical information to help you make safer, more informed choices while still remembering that sex is allowed to be fun.

Week 12: Beyond the Relationship Script: Structures, Needs, and Expectations

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2027

We’ll explore the many ways relationships can look—and why the traditional script isn’t the right fit for everyone. Together, we’ll talk about different relationship structures, identifying what you actually need, and building expectations that work for the people involved.
